Our Story
Ring Executive Operations started with a simple observation: a lot of good organizations are trying to do too much with too little.
After years in military leadership, and later working in the nonprofit and startup space, Alyssa saw the same pattern over and over again. Teams were passionate and mission-driven, but stretched thin. Important projects stalled. Leadership wore too many hats. And the work that mattered most often got pushed aside because there just wasn’t enough time or capacity to do it well.
Not because people didn’t care, but because execution takes focus, structure, and support.
REO was created to fill that gap.
Today, as Principal Consultant, Alyssa works alongside leadership teams to bring clarity to chaos, move projects forward, and help organizations actually get things done. Sometimes that means stepping in to manage initiatives that don’t have an owner. Sometimes it means building systems, tightening processes, or simply creating space for leaders to focus on what matters most.
